Our property features a full commercial kitchen outfitted with professional cooking equipment, supplies, and pantry staples. We partner with local caterers, restaurants, and home cooks to cater up to three meals a day for groups.
Our kitchen can also be rented by Ajo residents and guests interested in preparing food for events and farmers' markets; creating value-added food products; and hosting cooking workshops, retreats, and demonstrations. Rental rates range from $10-20/hour, with discounts for Ajo Regional Food Partnership members and Authentically Ajo Farmers Market vendors. Our property also houses the Many Hands Learning Center & Urban Farm, managed by our partners the Ajo Center for Sustainable Agriculture. ACSA runs farm tours and workshops for the public on a regular basis; check their Facebook page for information. If you're interested in learning more about the farm during your stay, please contact ACSA Director Nina Sajovec at ajocsa@hotmail.com in advance.
